To bolster the global competitiveness of SMEs and ensure their continuous growth, G-TOPS, in collaboration with KOEN, is implementing businesses called ‘Global Marketing’ and ‘Global Testbed’.

Global Testbed

‘Global Testbed’ project supports Korean SMEs in developing new international sales channels by providing free trial supplies of their excellent technological products to overseas customers (Overseas power plants, Oil refineries, Petrochemical plants, Shipbuilding companies, etc.). If customer is satisfied with the complimentary supplies, it can lead to follow-up orders and actual contracts.

Global Marketing

‘Global Marketing’ project supports the enhancement of overseas marketing capabilities for novice exporters through customized consulting. Upon completion, we provide a report that includes information such as business analysis, global competency assessment, review of export feasibility, and potential markets. Companies that have received a Letter Of Intent(LOI) to purchase from overseas customers can potentially be connected to ‘Global Testbed’ project in the future.

Overseas Big Buyer Invitation Program

G-TOPS aims to boost export activations by inviting qualified internationl buyers to South Korea and providing tour of Korean Power Plant and introducing excellent Korean Small & Medium Enterprises. Accompanied by G-TOPS during visits with Korean manufacturers, invited buyers can forge the prospect of further collaborations to drive the develpemnt of businesses, leveraging the expertise and rescources of all companies.

On/offline Export Consultation of Overseas Market Development

By organizing on∙offline export consultations and sending Trade Delegation of Korean SMEs overseas, we support building overseas networks through meetings with prospective partners abroad and end users. To resolve challenges arising in exports, G-TOPS provides continuous assistance as an export agency for our customers.
